Mayfair Management, Inc., based in Carrollton, Virginia is a senior living property management company that has developed, constructed, and managed assisted living facilities across Virginia and beyond since 1987.

Currently the company has two facilities. Mayfair House at Claypool Hill, an assisted living facility located in Cedar Bluff, Virginia and Golden Age for memory care, also located in Cedar Bluff.
