A typical Mayfair House is a handicapped friendly, single story environment that is quite residential in feel. All common areas are professionally decorated with classic American furniture, plants and cheerful accessories. Mayfair Houses feature all private baths, private or companion (semi-private) accommodations, plenty of common areas for socializing and activities, a private dining room for entertaining in a more intimate setting, screened porches and courtyards with gazebos. All resident rooms are fully furnished, but residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings. State certified CNA’s are the backbone of our 24-hour staffing.

Eden Pines signEden Pines
Mayfair Enterprises is one of the few assisted living companies offering free-standing facilities completely dedicated to the care of persons affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. These facilities, called Eden Pines, offer the same services as our other assisted living facilities, but are uniquely designed to better meet the needs of persons with dementia. Eden Pines facilities have three separate wings, each of which contain a separate dining room, living room and an outside courtyard with wandering paths. In addition, Eden Pines staff are specially trained to help meet the needs of persons with dementia, and staff size is about double that of our Mayfair House facilities.
